JR Carpentry & Tile recently completed a bathroom remodeling project for a homeowner who wanted to place their house on the market. Before we began the project, the bathroom area looked dated and was in need of some work. Luckily, simple renovations, such as a shower stall installation, can yield a great return on investment in the real estate market.
Ready to bring the bathroom interior to life, we were especially excited to upgrade their shower stall with stone tiles. Stone makes for a classy interior but is also incredibly practical as it can handle a good deal of water and steam. We used a light cream color stone, making the bathroom look brighter and more spacious. The walls were lined with 12 x 24 tile matching the floor that was covered in 2 x 2 tile. The curb was topped with a marble Botticino, adding Italian charm to the interior.
The revamped shower stall creates an atmosphere of elegance in the bathroom, and the homeowners were thrilled to see the increased value that this simple renovation project brought to their home.
